COHVCO releases their 2026 State Legislative Report.

626 pieces legislation were introduced during the 2026 Session. COHVCO followed 9 pieces of legislation, and monitored the Long Bill (Budget/Appropriations) protect the OHV and Snowmobile Funds. The Funds avoided any discussion of being directed to other priorities. COHVCO monitored several ballot initiatives under development and were reviewed by Legislative Counsel Office. Several were concerning and were withdrawn. Others are under development. COHVCO will continue to monitor.
