North Sand Hills Meeting - Walden
The BLM is looking for your input on the future management of the North Sand Hills Area outside Walden, Colorado (one of the very few sand dunes you can ride in a multi-state area and the only one you can connect sand dune riding with more traditional trail riding in the same day) in a series of upcoming public meetings. They are looking for your input on issues like:
1. Would you pay a small fee to use the area?
2. Improved campsites at location and would you pay to camp?
3. What facility improvements would you want? Bathrooms? Sunshades at campsites? Fire rings?
